She is a caring, intuitive and empathetic practitioner that has helped a countless number of people access their own innate abilities to heal themselves by using the ancient wisdom and modalities that Traditional Chinese Medicine has to offer. What Judy loves about this ancient traditional medicine is the fact that in TCM philosophies, there is an emphasis on prevention of illness by maintaining the balance of harmony within the body, mind, and spirit. Keeping this philosophy at heart, she has helped many people in the treatment and/ or the prevention of musculoskeletal traumas, digestion,
sleep, migraines, headaches, mental health disorders, and more. Her passion and focus lies in women’s health with treatments to support Gynecological issues, menopause symptoms, hormonal imbalance problems, urinary tract infections, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery. Acupuncture sessions with Judy will begin with a consultation where concerns, lifestyle habits, diet, and emotional well-being are talked about because TCM takes on the approach of treating the whole system rather than just the symptoms. Then treatment of one or more modalities of acupuncture, cupping, gua sha and moxibustion are utilized to address your main concerns and achieve balance in your body’s constitution. At times Chinese herbs may be prescribed if it is needed to enhance and support acupuncture treatments.
