Initial Visit

During our first appointment we will review your health and medical history, diet and lifestyle. We will discuss your concerns, assess signs and symptoms and talk about your health goals. This appointment is very important and will give us the time to get to know each other, reveal the unseen and help us to understand the root-causes and culprits of your dis-ease.

After we met I will summarize all information and transfer them into an individualized health plan, which will be provided in a consecutive protocol discussion session, booked separately.

Follow-Up

Follow-ups help to sustain changes and give the opportunity to ask questions, share concerns and revisit goals and recommendations. Here we can make adjustments and changes to your individualized health plan
